Walk to Talk Sponsorship Opportunities

 

As a sponsor of this premier event you will be prominently featured in event literature and on the CSLD website with the option of linking our website to yours. Event promotional materials will be targeted throughout Chicago and DuPage County to advertise the event. Marketing materials and press releases highlighting the event and its sponsors will be targeted to more than 300,000 people in DuPage County and surrounding Chicago area neighborhoods.  

A Unique Opportunity

We plan on reaching participants, their families, volunteers and Chicago-area businesses devoted to our mission to help children with communication disorders reach their full potential through family-centered services. We estimate that more than 200 people, including walkers, family members and volunteers, will participate in this event.  

You and/or your company will be featured on customized event promotional materials and on the CSLD website. In order to limit our costs and maximize funds raised for CSLD, all event participants and volunteers will register and gather event information from the CSLD website, www.csld.org. This promotional strategy will greatly increase the number of visitors to our website and likewise your company’s visibility while significantly limiting the need for costly multiple mailings and print materials.  

Sponsorship Levels and Benefits

Our mission is to help children with communication disorders reach their full potential through family-centered services.  When you think of CSLD five words immediately come to mind — Empower, Encourage, Mentor, Support and Sustain.   

$5000 - Empowerment Sponsor  

• CSLD Award – In person presentation from a CSLD, at a function of the donor’s choice, and a plaque of appreciation

• Logo and name on banner at the downtown Elmhurst underpass from Sept. 8-15

• Company logo on designated route signs and rest stops

• Designation as a Walk to Talk sponsor in all event literature, including all press materials

• Company name/logo* printed prominently in center of official event tee-shirt

• Complimentary booth space at event start, finish or rest stop*

• Link on CSLD website

• All walkers on behalf of the company may enter the event for free

$2500 – Encouragement Sponsor  

• Inclusion of company name in all event literature, including all press materials

• Logo and name on banner at event

• Company name/logo* printed prominently on arm of the official event tee-shirt

• Complimentary booth space at event start, finish or rest stop*

• Link on CSLD website

• 10-20 walkers on behalf of the company may enter the event ($15 for each additional walker)

$1000 – Mentor Sponsor  

• Logo and name on banner at event

• Company name/logo* printed on the official event tee-shirt

• Inclusion of company name in all event literature, including all press materials

• Complimentary booth space at event start, finish or rest stop

• Name listed on CSLD website

• 5-10 walkers on behalf of the company may enter the event ($15 for each additional walker)

$500 – Supporting Sponsor  

• Company name printed on official event tee-shirt

• Complimentary booth space at event start, finish or rest stop**

• Inclusion of company name in all event literature, including all press materials

• Name listed on CSLD website

$250 - Sustaining Sponsor 

• Company name printed on official event tee-shirt

• Inclusion of company name in all event literature, including all press materials

• Name listed on CSLD website

* All company logos must be submitted in EPS vector format or high resolution PDF
