Where: Berens Park, 493 Oaklawn Ave., Elmhurst (enter parking lot from West St.)
Time: 8am On-site registration begins
8am - 10am Family activities - Music, Moon Walk, Face Painting and more
10 am Welcome and Walk
Entry Fee: $20 (pre-registration) $25 (event day)
There are a number of ways you can pre-register for this fun event:

In person: Register in person Monday through Thursdays, 8am - 5 pm at the Center for Speech and Language Disorders, 606 N. Michigan Street, Elmhurst, IL
By mail: Download and mail your Registration Form, along with your check to the address below. (Must be received no later than September 9th.)
By fax: If paying by credit card, download and fax your Registration form to (630) 530-5909 no later than September 9th.
Pre-registrations must be received by September 9, 2010 in order to be guaranteed a t-shirt. (T-shirts will be given out on a first come, first served basis to walk-ins. No additional t-shirts will be ordered after the event.)
